Time, Time, Time! How often do we consider time as part of our health and wellbeing? We're always talking about it; "what time is it?", "time's up", "it's not a good time", "some other time", "right on time", "time to go". You get the idea. As a society we are absolutely, compulsively obsessed with time. We measure everything by it, we build our days, weeks, months and years in accordance to it, and our bodies have become accustom to naturally evolve with it. But do we have a good relationship with time? I would argue that poor time health is just as big of a factor in overall health as the physical body or what we put into it. The amount of unnecessary stress we put on ourselves each day because of our poor relationship to time (and what we do with it) is a very big contributor to our health and wellbeing. Instead of looking outside of ourselves for a new fad diet, a new personal development tool or a new bio hack, maybe all we need to do is look at our watch. #timemanagement #productivity #personalgrowth #personaldevelopment #wellbeing #health
