As lovely as that would be, it’s not really realistic. For a start, it’s not natural or healthy for us to feel happy 100% of the time. Therapy isn’t a magical cure, it’s a way of unlocking your potential and helping you see just how capable you truly are, and helping you unlock inner confidence that you may not have previously had. You can practice meditation in the mundane tasks which we all do. Brushing your teeth, walking to work, cooking your food. You can practice meditation by being mindful of the surrounding things, the smell of the flowers on your morning walk, the sounds of the birds chirping, the feeling of the leaves underneath your feet.
