Mental Health Week 2024, organized by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), invites us to embrace the theme “A Call to be Kind”. From May 6-12, 2024, we come together to explore how compassion connects us all. Compassion isn’t just recognizing suffering;
it’s about responding with care and taking action to help those facing challenges in their lives. This year’s focus is on the healing power of compassion, emphasizing that kindness is intrinsic to our humanity. Let’s spread the message of compassion throughout our communities, whether at work, school, or in our day-to-day interactions. Together, we can make an enormous difference by being kind and understanding towards one another. #CompassionConnects
