Have you been involved in a "closed" hearing in the Court of Protection - i.e one where a party (usually a family member) is excluded by judge's orders, often without even being told that the hearing is even taking place? If you'd be willing to talk with me about the challenges of closed hearing (anonymity etc respected) please get in touch. I'd like to update observations on practice since the Guidance was issued. Does it work? Are you confident justice is being done? #openjustice #closedhearings #fairtrial

If you and the other party can reach an agreement to modify the order without court involvement, that can simplify the process. However, if there's any resistance, you may need to seek court intervention. Learn More: https://lnkd.in/gDg-TYaX #FamilyLaw #CourtOrder #ChildSupport #ChildCustody #ArkansasLaw
