ON NATIONAL LEADERSHIP There should be a National institute of leadership capacity building or mentorship,if you like,each month,one great leader Will be invited from across the world.He/she would teach based on historically proven facts on leadership, technology, economic development, warfare, diplomacy,nation building and national unity/security.The place of mentorship for leadership cannot be over emphasized Leadership fails when there are no befitting successors because this brings about misuse of legacies.Future leaders should be mentored and prepared with uttermost precision.They should be conversant with organizational, national,educational and technological innovations and more.

On the wall of the JFK museum in Hyannis, a powerful reminder resonates: "Civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof." This advice holds true for our National Leaders, especially in our digitally-paced, intensely-scrutinized world. Where has decency gone in our Nation? My parents Janice Bassett and Leon Hudson instilled in me the values of treating everyone with dignity and respect, even in disagreement. The Army further reinforced this principle, emphasizing the importance of respectful interactions. Instead of dictating behavior to those we lead, let's lead by example. This approach seems to be a lost art in today's leadership landscape. #Leadership
