Don’t get so busy working and worrying that you miss having at least a moment to get busy living. The world is a lot. It unfortunately is unlikely to get suddenly easier to navigate overnight. We can, however, add a bit more ease deliberately and directly. Even if we just do one singular thing to bring us more joy, peace of mind, and nourishment. We can do more good in the world if we can remember its glimmers of goodness. The seeds of ease and joy that are available, free, and right there for us to appreciate. Not to bypass the tough stuff; to fuel our ability to face it. And envision something brighter, more beneficial, and more beautiful for us all on the other side of it. Even add some of it to our lives and the lives of others right now. Not just in our future world, but more beauty and benevolence in the current one. If we never sample sweetness, we’re going to have a difficult time creating more of it for ourselves and others. Go forth. Give yourself grace. Sample a moment of sweetness and savor it with all your might. Then bring some of that goodness to others. Falling in love with your life is essential to live a worthwhile, purposeful, and satisfying life. Just by changing our goals, habits, and routines we can eliminate boredom and nurture interest and happiness. The best time to set goals is when you’re unhealthy because at that time we give health our first priority. If not we would give health the last priority. We don’t know when we leave this world and everyone’s time is ticking away fast. Rather than living this volatile life in misery, depression, comparisons, or overthinking, it’s better to live a peaceful life just by focusing on ourselves. We need not to do 100 things at a time. Make sure that what you do, do it with your full focus and attention and that’s how you fall in love with your life.
