Hey, you you. Yup, I'm talking right to you. Stop making excuses. I can't hit my numbers because of this. I can't get it done because of this. The environment's tough. You just don't understand my business. Stop whining. And if you have people like this that are whining like this, get them to stop. Stop making excuses and start improving. It makes no sense, right? If you're getting bad results right? And you're not achieving the outcomes that you're looking for or you have people that are doing it. It's because they're doing the same thing over and over again. They're process is producing A consistent result, a consistent result of ********. Not what you want. So if you want to stop making excuses and start producing, what do you have to do? You have to figure out what's wrong with what you're doing. Right. If you're in sales, when are you calling and how many calls are you making and what are you saying? And if you're a manager, you got to look at all that stuff. Alright, that's managers. That's where you bring value into the equation. If your people aren't producing, that's your fault. It's because you don't have either a model in place that they can follow, or you're not measuring what they're doing or you're not holding them accountable. You're not doing something right. So instead of making excuses, start taking responsibility. Measure everything. See what's going on, find out where the problem is, and fix it. Do it now.
