This year has been a whirlwind of tremendous achievements by these teams: - Launched Fort Nash, carving out its niche with impressive momentum. - Relaunched UPROXX STUDIOS LLC, revitalizing its presence with renewed energy and innovation. - Launched Estate Media, stepping boldly into new territories with a distinct edge. - Continued to elevate Low Battery (@RapTV), pushing the boundaries of creativity and engagement. - And so many others I tangentially assist. And this is just the beginning! With some BIG things on the horizon for early 2025, I couldn't be more excited for what's next. Is it worth waiting for the Halo talent? The answer to those who have made the switch say yes. Here why..,?? I describe the Halo recruit to be technically excellent and have genuine interest in solving problems that baffle others just for the challenge. They are emotionally resilient, able to tolerate change and discant . The clincher is they are able to communicate and relate to clients with empathy and get things done. One person at the top of their game can out perform 3 to 10 ordinary workers depending on the specialisation. You will pay them more because they are worth it and you may still be saving money based on replacing them with ordinary people. If you are operating on a differentiation strategy, the halo people are the ones who can do things others don't even believe is possible. Others on the team who aren't halo people yet have a new star to follow. Two or more halo recruits can feed energy off each other and compete. Having competition is important when you're at the top. Better that your main competition is yourself for as long as possible. The very top programmers can outperform regular programmers by up to 10 times because their experience and knowledge allow them to achieve the same outcomes with shorter strings of code with less bugs. A master brick layer can easily triple the out put of someone only in the game for the last 12 months because they develop a flow and rhythm, like a dance, that allows them to achieve the same result faster with less errors. The worst thing about these people is if you can't give them enough of the right kind of work, they are likely to leave you.

As a long time JLC admirer, re-appointment of M.Lambert as the CEO is an interesting move. Partly, must be due to very little innovation at JLC. Polaris is very mainstream and dare to say boring. Re-editions of Reverso can only take you so far.? Hoping that M. Lambert's trusted business acumen will drive one of my most favorite brands to more success! VC definitely needs more creativity. You can profit only so far on Overseas and Patrimony. Though horology and finishing are impeccable, need more oomph to attract a wider audience.?
