American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) is developing a new Climate and Biodiversity Action Plan for 2026-2030. José de Jesús Leal, ASLA, MIG Principal and Native Nation Building Studio Director, is part of the 33-member Advisory Group leading this effort along with the five-member Task Force. "Landscape architects know that nature-based solutions can help address both the climate and biodiversity crises while also providing multiple economic, environmental, social, and health benefits.
