I’m about to tell you about my favorite shortcut in the workplace…and if you use Copilot, you know! As the Director of Operations & Strategy at Morula Health, a big part of my job is engaging on client calls during projects. With the client’s permission, we transcribe these calls and with the help of Microsoft 365 Copilot, I can quickly pull out key next steps and assigned responsibilities. Just ask in natural language what you’re looking for! In no time, I can have everyone’s responsibilities listed, and then can make sure everyone completes their tasks and hold people accountable to drive the project forward.
