Spending time with our people on the ground is most energizing. This week, I met with some of our 1,200 colleagues at our recently inaugurated campus in Mannheim, Germany. This new campus is much more than a workplace. It is an innovation center where we focus on driving digitalization, artificial intelligence, and sustainability for our customers. We designed it with collaboration in mind. Here, our research and business colleagues get together with customers, partners, students, academia, and start-ups to develop forward-looking technologies that aim to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. Solutions that will help optimize, electrify and decarbonize all industries. Mannheim is a symbolic location for us. 125 years ago, our legacy company Brown Boveri started its international expansion here. The new campus is another milestone in our history. ABB’s innovative technologies make the new building low-carbon, energy and resource- efficient, symbolizing our contribution where it matters most over time. Have you been part of Mannheim's history?
