We started the program we were asked to host. This returns two years ago. And it when I read it off the project, I, I confessed they gave it to me because I'm an agile coach and it has the word Sprint in it. So. Alright, so. And I was like hosting 3 weeks. They're not gonna get anything done in three weeks. It'll take those three weeks just to figure out all of our acronyms here at the county. And so, but we have them come in and we had one team our first year and it was a group of five students. And they came up with a problem for our ticketing system. We what? We came up with a problem and they came up with. Dangerously crazy solutions they were really, but we didn't even think of that and so for me to see. A different perspective for us because we're so entrenched in our business everyday and our problems and to see that fresh perspective, first of all, it gives them a door as as we've talked about to our county, it's very, it's a huge organization. Miami-Dade County is over 30,000 employees, right? So we have Central HR, we have our own HR. And for us it gives us a chance to see people because I think one of those current terms or I think you touched upon it, right, you don't have 17 interviews. And I I'm software developer background and I hated technical interviews. They tell me nothing about how person is going to work. How that tells me how they're going to work is when they come work with me for three weeks and they meet at the library and make sure that none of their team members are left behind. That's what teaches me about their character and makes me say I want these people back next year or I want them to come back with us. It's a three-week program. It's fantastic. It's after school ends. They have 40 hours a week devoted to you. 100% So there's no juggling class schedules. They are completely devoted to this and getting it done. And I think that's what makes it work. It's it's time box perfectly the teams and it fully embraces everything we teach so.
