"Understand the difference between customers liking something and being willing to buy it" - the value of this statement is hard to overestimate. So many times we fall into the trap of prospects liking our product without realizing the hidden barriers and blocks that stop them from completing the purchase.

Thanks mHUB for organizing this event. It was great to take home plenty of wisdom from Jon Hirschtick. In addition to above great points, “Jon’s 1st investor was convinced to invest in SolidWorks not because of the technology or product but rather Jon’s deep understanding of the customer persona, their problems and how to solve it”.
