Colonel Christopher Kennedy is the commander of Delta 6, headquartered at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. As commander, he is responsible for six squadrons and eight detachments, enabling command and control operations for 11 Combatant Commands. DEL 6 provides combat ready forces to operate and maintain the Satellite Control Network and conduct defensive cyber operations for unique space mission networks. Their Guardians, civilians and contractors provide global space access to enable spacecraft command and control, space launch, and orbital operations. They also conduct passive and active DCO to enable the national space enterprise. ?? Thanks Dr Shan Hussain for this powerful speech at LMC conference highlighting the hugely damaging impact of CQC inspections on GP practices. These are not measuring quality, but are a box ticking exercise using questionable parameters resulting in a discredited and unfair single word rating system, that is misleading patients and the public. The inspections are doing more harm than good, demoralising clinicians and staff and affecting their mental health, as well as diverting huge amount of time away from patient care into slavishly spending weeks ticking questionable and excessive bureaucratic tick boxes. These inspections need to stop and be replaced by a meaningful and supportive system focused on genuinely improving quality of care.
