Very happy with how this animation came out, utilizing #unrealengine5 I was able to accurately and quickly help our design team visualize the space and manipulate colors and textures to better fit their vision. The control that I am able to have with camera movement and shot position is much more in depth than other programs, I feel like I am only scratching the surface on the capability this program holds for Architectural Visualizations. #architecturalvisualization #architecturalrendering
Our team has extensive experience working on Community Living Center (CLC) projects at various VA Medical Centers across the country. It is our privilege to design these residential style nursing homes that serve veterans of all ages, both short and long term. We utilize the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Small House Design Guide to ensure the finished space will support different patient populations and acuity levels. RDC/JPA's Technology Director, Jeremy F., recently completed this 3D rendering for Phase 3 of the Construct Replacement CLC - Complex Care project we are currently designing for the Franklin R Sousley VA Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

LU-VE GROUP’S EMERITUS CONDITIONING KREMS HOSPITAL Last spring, LU-VE Group completed an important project in Krems, Austria, for the city’s hospital. Thanks to the Group’s know-how, we were able to supply 5 Emeritus units, with both the spray system and the adiabatic panels, on the roof of the Krems hospital. ?? The main challenges for us were stringent conditions on the total sound pressure level for 5 dry coolers, due to the sensitive conditions in the hospital and especially due to the presence of private residential buildings at a linear distance of 35 meters from the roof of the hospital’s kitchen, where the installation was planned. ?? As adept problem solvers, LU-VE Group conducted an acoustic field study to ascertain the sound pressure levels around the nearest house to the installation site, to overcome the problem. ?? Wunschkinder Münster impresses with a great office concept Dr. Anke Cordes and Dr. Sonja Wüllner have opened an impressive fertility clinic that is characterised by a clear, modern and innovative approach. The approach was to create a space where patients can feel at their ease from the outset and receive the best possible care for their concerns, fears and worries. The design of the practice is characterised by an industrial style, complemented by high ceilings and sophisticated lighting technology, in a clear contrast to what we are used to find in the typical medical office. We are extremely proud to be part of this fantastic clinic with our examination and treatment chairs and our mobile vidan?2 video colposcope. Our stylish Orbit modules and functional trolleys are also being used in this modern clinic. The ethos is well-represented by the institution, evident through the?Amalia Children’s Hospital, which provides children and their families with a home-like environment in the hospital context, and the?High-Level Isolation Unit, designed to be highly functioning in treating infectious diseases but focused on the wellbeing of its patients. The design of the campus’ main building further embodies this, promoting holistic, human-centric and sustainable care for patients. Focusing on workflows for staff not only helps to improve the efficiency of the care process but also improves the patient experience. Hospitals are seldom relaxing environments – quite usually the contrary – but Radboudumc uses biophilic design principles to promote usually absent respite.
