This BPA includes: 3M Scott (Scott Safety) First Tactical (First Tactical) Red Kap/Bulwark (Red Kap, a brand of Workwear Outfitters, LLC / Bulwark FR) We remain committed to providing uniforms and PPE to the federal government for the duration of this BPA.
