SAHARA Las Vegas Hosts M.E.N.U.S. 2024 | September 27, 2024 We’re proud to continue our partnership with the Hospitality Charitable Foundation by hosting this year’s M.E.N.U.S. (Mentoring & Educating Nevada’s Upcoming Students) fundraising gala. The theme, “Green & Gorgeous,” transformed SAHARA Las Vegas into a stunning Emerald City. Guests enjoyed an enchanting evening filled with entertainment and culinary offerings from top local restaurants, including our own Balla Italian Soul and The Noodle Den. The evening honored @Sean DiCicco, Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage at Invited (formerly ClubCorp), highlighting his outstanding contributions to the Las Vegas hospitality industry and M.E.N.U.S. Proceeds from the event support scholarships for students in UNLV’s Hospitality program, shaping the next generation of industry leaders. What an incredible night for a worthy cause!
