As we get closer to our favourite time of the year, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, I wanted to re-touch on something I talked about earlier in the summer. Take a look at the sale or special offer you plan to post for BFCM for your new customers. Now compare that to what your subscription offers. Is the BFCM sale better? If it is, you are encouraging your existing subscribers to cancel to get that short term benefit. Once they've cancelled even if they purchase for BFCM, the chance of getting them to restart their subscription is no longer guaranteed. Plan your sale with your most loyal customers in mind, and chat with your local Success Manager to make sure the plan will be as effective as possible.
