Diversity is ensuring everyone's invited to the party – a beautiful mosaic of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. But inclusion? That's making sure everyone feels welcome to join the dance. It's about fostering an environment where every individual feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their unique steps to the company's rhythm.
