Exciting New Mentorship Program We’re proud to announce the launch of the Ilm Mentoring Network, a new initiative designed to support Somali and other underrepresented high school and college students in reaching their educational and professional goals. Founded by four recent college graduates currently pursuing graduate school, we’re committed to helping students navigate their academic journeys and prepare for careers in fields such as law, medicine, tech, business, and more. Our Mission: At Ilm Mentoring, we aim to provide mentorship, skill-building workshops, and culturally responsive guidance to help students discover their potential and build the confidence they need to succeed. Our goal is to bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement, ensuring students have the support they need to thrive academically and professionally. We're Looking for Mentors and Mentees We are currently seeking both mentors and mentees to join our community and make an impact. For Mentors: If you have experience in law, medicine, tech, business, or another professional field, we invite you to help guide students on their educational and career paths. As a mentor, you’ll: ? Share insights into your field and career journey ? Provide guidance on graduate school applications and career planning ? Support students in developing skills that will help them succeed in their future careers For Mentees: If you're a high school or college student preparing for graduate school or a career in law, medicine, tech, business, or beyond, this is an opportunity to: ?
