All you’re doing when you give people with extensive experience opportunity is robbing a young person of an opportunity they need to get their life started. When is this trend going to stop amongst hiring practices? People with extensive experience don’t need help making money they already have it, they’ll be fine. Why do we insist on stealing opportunity from young people? Please comment below:

So I thought, let me make this easier and put together an informative post to help anyone wanting to join our absolutely fabulous (totally not biased ??) family! This is what we at VA Central look for: 1. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is key. Whether it’s through emails, phone calls, or instant messages, being able to convey information clearly and professionally is a must. 2. Tech Savviness: Stay ahead with tech! Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms, from spreadsheets to social media management, is essential for efficiency and productivity. 3. When you have work that doesn’t need a full time employee When there’s a task that only requires a few hours of work per day or week. Hiring someone full-time for it is impractical. For example, recruiting an employee solely to schedule appointments isn’t a smart idea. ?? In such cases, when there are small tasks or one-off projects, it’s better to use a virtual assistant. ?? Here are some industries below that hire VA's. ?

At Arphie, we’re all about moving fast, EXCEPT when it comes to hiring. And it’s not because it’s a slow process, it’s because we’re extremely careful with who we bring on the team. Ever since we launched, demand for our product has been crazy, and there've definitely been times when we’ve felt stretched. The easy way out? A hiring spree. I’ve seen a lot of companies do it. And sure, there are moments when bringing someone in quickly would relieve some pressure. But we believe in setting a high bar and having the discipline to keep it there. For us, hiring isn’t about filling seats so we can take on more clients. It’s about building a team that shares our vision, our values, and our standards. We have candidates in the pipeline. But if they're not a perfect fit, we wait. We’re not trying to gain short-term relief at the expense of long-term detriment. We’re here to build something that lasts. Hiring slowly and carefully isn’t always easy, especially when there’s work to be done. But in the end, it’s what helps us create a team that pushes Arphie forward in a way that’s true to our values. Ultimately, for us, growth isn’t just about a number. It’s about surrounding ourselves with people that will help us maintain the quality our clients deserve.
