Despite competing with historically low sales and inventory and heightened mortgage rates in 2023, REALTORS? and associations continued to prioritize charitable activity. - Nearly seven out of 10 (69%) Realtor? members volunteered monthly, typically volunteering eight hours each month. - Ninety-eight percent of associations held a fundraiser last year for nonprofits or charitable causes, typically hosting four events annually. - The typical amount donated annually by broker-owners increased this year to $2,400 (compared to $2,300 in 2022). https://lnkd.in/egi2uGSt

"The Agape Center is different." We hear that from so many of the clients we serve. And we get to tell them that the "difference" is God. They're seeing Jesus in the people volunteering at Agape. Please join us! There are so many ways to help! 1. PRAY for this ministry. For those being served and those who are serving. 2. DONATE gently used or new items that we need or donate money to purchase them. 3. VOLUNTEER to serve once a month or on Tuesdays or Thursdays. 4. WRITE our newsletters to keep the public and our donors aware of what's happening. 5. BECOME a grant writer to find funds to help us afford to continue serving our community. 6. DRIVE a client who has no transportation to and from an appointment, getting to know them and offering encouragement. There are examples of SOOOO many ways to help.
