Things can and will go wrong if you don't pay attention to details and the specifications. Which is why I had a set checklist for each pour for documentation and to make sure things were correct and ready for the placement. With the changes in the concrete types and materials used in those. Those details are in play more than ever. Make sure the correct bar size, type and wire are used according to the specified documentation for the job.
