Colleagues, please consider lending your expertise to a beautiful group of Auburn University undergraduate students this coming Fall semester. These students, who are completing their Bachelor of Science degrees while incarcerated, will be working their own version of an "On Being"-style interview -- going deep on "the deepest and most vexing problems facing humankind."
If you are a leader working with human beings, dealing with organizational dynamics, helping people navigate inequities, helping people navigate war or violence, helping people find safety and peace; if you are a teacher of any kind; if you've ever navigated a major life transition (for example but not limited to ability/disability, visible or invisible; of military deployment and redeployment); if you are a scholar asking big questions, we want to talk with you!
The target date for our Zoom interviews will be November, but we will have some wiggle room for scheduling with a few notable limitations (e.g. interviews will have to take place weekdays between 8am and 3pm Central time) depending on your schedule. I can't offer compensation, but you will get a whole lot of love for your time and insight -- or for sharing this request with someone who might be willing to share their time and insight.
Please do message me here or email me at [email protected] if you're interested or have questions ??
