Thanks for taking the lead to educate the policyholder on what to expect during the claim process from a different perspective that is normally a message carefully controlled by the insurance carrier or insurance agent, or in Florida by the politicians. It's paramount that the policyholders hears what to expect from different perspectives, so if needed, they can make informed decisions during the entire claim process. The more information we provide from the perspective of all parties that might be involved at some point during the claim process, the better experience for the policyholder and the smoother the claim should go.

Looking forward to attending this and discussing the provision of insurance options for ISDS claims - when third party funding proves too challenging because funders get too greedy or the case budget is too high, it would be worth considering insurance of the law firm's WIP, of own costs or adverse costs .
