Batch, continuous or mobile Debarking is Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Ltd. Low boil means low wear, less wood loss and more bark removed. Frozen or pleasant we get the job done. Why Batch? Batch allows you to tailor each load to conditions both weather and quality of wood. Because the wood is charged, debarked and unloaded, the timing can make it seem continuous because your flaker, chipper or Economizer always has logs. The beauty is every 90 seconds to 2 minutes another 500 cu.ft. of clean as a whistle wood is ready to be processed into pellets, pulp chips or OSB. Continuous has similar flexibility to dial in 1/2% bark and low woodloss 1-2%, achieved. It does take alarger footprint and larger tonnage 150 to 1,000 TPH. Continuous requires continuous feed and process capacity after the debarker. Batch can be more compact and fit into OSB pond systems nicely. Removing the bark before the hot ponds means 10% better thermal dynamics. +90% less grit in the ponds. Anywhere a ring debarker is a Deal could be. Batch has all the Deal built in of a continuous, live bottom, interlocking interface of the rolls, low HP, low maintenance requirements and ease of maintenence planned in like a company doing it for almost 40 years. Yes they did. Batch has been installed in 250 TPH applications and higher. Typically, 50 to 200 TPH is the most common. Want to get more information on the "Deal" give me a call 866-476-9861 and I'll bring my 28 years of woodroom experience to your team. #Forestry #Pulpandpaper #fuelpellets #Sawmill #OSBindustry American Forest & Paper Association Biomass Magazine U.S. Industrial Pellet Association

L90 and K220 Series Valves Pressure Compensated, Load-Sense Type #pressurecompensated #loadsense #fellerbunchers #harvesters #forestry Challenge Forestry feller-bunchers and harvesters need to operate the implement and tool functions at lower pressures than the track functions. To maintain cycle time and reduce heat, this reduced pressure SHOULD NOT be achieved with port reliefs. Port relief valves vent high flows to tank and result in lost speed and increased heat – degrading efficiency. Also, equipment needs to be productive; cycle times are critical and the ability to multi-function without interruption is paramount. Depending on the amount of oil available, multi functioning often results in pump over-demand which can decrease productivity as function with the highest pressure can involuntarily shutdown Solution Parker models L90 and K220 are pressure compensated, load-sense type valves that have the capability of selectively limiting the work port pressures via the feed reducers located in the work section. These feed reducers pass a minimal amount of flow to tank (0.25 GPM) when the target pressure is reached. Parker can add hardware to each section that will enable it to have flow-sharing capability. During flow sharing, in a pump over-demand condition, the speed of the selected functions will slow down but will maintain the speed relationship selected by the operator. Success Factors: ? Ability to integrate flow-sharing technology into a control valve with pressure-limiting (feed reducers) capability ? Function priority can be achieved by not adding the flow-sharing hardware to that work section (Useful for the clamp function and steering circuits) ? Uptime and productivity (critical to forestry) Customer Values ? Up to $1,000/machine without having to use a larger pump ? Work sections can be configured to limit pressures to downstream sections saving cost and time spent ? With saving of feed reducers, coolers can be downsized by up to 20%

Have you ever done is the essential method for calculating the volume of logs and stacks of wood, being a crucial practice in the forestry industry. This process is based on calculating the volume in cubic meters, being widely used in the trade and transport of wood. ?? ?? Volume measurement involves a series of mathematical formulas adaptable to different situations, taking into consideration everything from the spacing between logs to the type of stack. And the importance of this method is undeniable for efficiency in wood marketing, inventory control, and transportation. This is where Timbeter comes in. ? We are not just knowledgeable and experts: we are pioneers in the wood cubing revolution. ?? Our expertise is not limited to understanding the calculations, but also to providing an innovative solution to simplify and improve this process in the industry, for over 10 years! ?? Timbeter uses sophisticated technologies to facilitate cubing, providing precision and convenience for the entire industry. Our mission is to offer more than just a technical solution. We are committed to empowering forestry ccompanies, providing efficiency, time and resource savings, and above all, confidence in the results. We will continue to talk about wood cubing over time. Such a great Heatmap News write up highlighting the benefits of strong, collaborative work in the #forestry industry AND how #carboncredits help pull it all together. “Carbon’s our currency right now. It’s the thing that everyone is measuring around. But what about all the other destruction that comes with the energy sector? There's cascading effects that impact water, soils, methane. Forests tend to stabilize everything by moving us toward homeostasis at a landscape level. For me, these markets will work when we catalyze them at a regional, dare I say global scale.” Matthew Aghai of Mast Reforestation https://lnkd.in/gBpfV3cw

Haul roads in both the mining and forestry industries face similar challenges—heavy traffic, substantial loads, and a reliance on unpaved roads. Given these parallels, it’s clear that DUST/BLOKR, our environmental solution for dust control, can be just as effective in forestry as it is in mining. In our recent article, we explore the negative impact of road dust on both industries and how DUST/BLOKR can not only address this issue but also deliver significant savings and operational benefits. From improving OpEx and reducing cycle times to offering environmental advantages, this solution is designed to enhance efficiency across your operations. ?? Cutting timber isnt deforestation. Logging isn’t destruction. Harvesting is a stewardship principle to promote forest health and financial stability from the land. Harvesting timber allows us to utilize the natural resources of our land we were always meant to use. Because if timber is worthy enough for Gods temple, why is it less than good enough for our daily lives? (2 Chronicles 2:8-10) There are many different harvesting techniques meant to be used at different times, stages, terrain, and for different goals. One technique is not “better” than another, but may be better in a situation for the same things mentioned above: stages, terrain and goals. And harvesting should never be pursued without being fully informed of the purpose + process…. Harvesting should never be completed without plans for reforestation or regeneration (if applicable). But the landscape was never meant to remain the same (Genesis 8:22) and it is our responsibility to steward the resources weve been given to manage. (Matthew 25:14-30) What questions do you have about cutting timber? #landandladies #christianbusiness #forestry #sustainableforestry #biblicalprinciples #youronlineforester #landownership

Heavy-duty industries, such as construction, mining and forestry, rely on machinery that is tough enough to endure the demands of manipulating hard materials in tough environments. The repetitive abrasive nature of moving, crushing and lifting aggregate materials results in the deterioration and erosion of wear parts, leading to eventual material failure. Tenmat, a brand of the Diamorph Group, offers numerous material solutions for sliding wear pads, plates, bearings and bushes for use in heavy industries. With superior toughness, impact strength and wear properties, the proprietary materials Feroform and Ferobide offer numerous technical advantages over other commercial alternatives. For more information on the use of advanced materials in heavy industries, visit the Diamorph website → https://lnkd.in/eg9GeM-m #materialsengineering #innovation #advancedmanufacturing #construction #mining #agriculture #forestry
