"Your legacy is not about what you do; it's about the people that you develop." We had the incredible privilege to sit down with Pete Ochs for a masterclass on the topic of adversity and resilience. Pete is the Chairman of Capital III and the Chief Steward at Enterprise Stewardship. Three principles of resilience that we can all learn from Pete: 1. Think long, not big. Long-term thinking leads to greater rewards and a more meaningful legacy. Embrace the power of compounding, plan for the future, and stay patient. 2. Stewardship Over Ownership. Focus on managing resources wisely and for the benefit of others, rather than accumulating wealth for personal gain. 3. Personal Planning and Execution. Develop a personal mission statement and identify your core values. Every Sunday night, review your upcoming week and align your tasks with your personal goals and values.
