Top 10 ways to enjoy long term success with business partners. It's not easy right? Last week my business partners and I enjoyed a little award ceremony at the JW in Marco Island. Horizon Advisers was once again a top office in the country. We have been enjoying these types of trips as a group for some years now. When we got into business together we just wanted to grow, as we were starting out. Fast forward...now we are friends and business partners. I have worked with these guys for over 10 years and I can't ever remember a fight. Now it hasn't been a perfect ride, but I would take a bullet for them. How could this be? ?? Here are the top reasons we have found success working together: 1. We have a mutual respect. 2. Check our ego's at the door. 3. Be fair and transparent. 4. Put in equal hard work. 5.
