Well worth the read. A case of confusing efforts with results? Or do some 'joint requirements' need to be re-validated, re-thought, re-evaluated and re-prioritized from the ground up like any other requirement that currently gulps from folk's ever evaporating glass of time? How much (if any) 'organic service knowledge' can / should be dilluted / sacrificed on the altar of 'Joint' so folks can be designated (unofficially of course) "More Well-Rounded " Is the current construct still the best way forward or is it best filed away with the TQL seminars of the late '90s. https://lnkd.in/eCjDWPjY

Some of you may know that George M. Smerk, Jr., distinguished professor of transportation at Indiana University, author, and public transportation expert, passed away last year.
