I don’t always get to see this side of the San Antonio International Airport (SAT) because a lot of my flights are early morning or late night. Headed to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) this morning where I know there’s been a recent influx of STARC Systems Inc. walls courtesy of several of our partners in the North Texas market. A few of my goals this week heading into our mid-year sales summit: 1. Technology: how are we using the technology we have to our advantage? 2. Prospecting: how are we effectively prospecting to deliver the most consistent results? 3. Forecasting: how can we continue to improve on our ability to forecast? 4. Sales methodology: are we clear with our up front contracts, pain, budget, and decision making? 5. Partnerships: are we leveraging the indirect and business development opportunities that drive our organization forward? Hoping to act on these themes myself as the leader of the meeting. It’s not a good meeting if everyone just walks out and says “That was a good meeting.” It’s good if there are actionable next steps, follow through on commitments, and a lift in production. Finish Q3 strong! It’s almost FOURTH QUARTER!

2 个月with respect to tech, I am a firm believer in using a solid CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage your pipeline. Too often salespeople just wing it. ??
