I have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Xiaoshan from 26th February 2025 till today 28th. On this monring, I found people were smoking indoor and the General Manager David Dai （Chinese name known as Sanbiao Dai) said that even if indoor smoking is not allowed by Marriott, he could not do anything. I am so worried about the people’s safety in Marriott Hotel. What it there is a fire because of yhe indoor smoking? I hope you Marriott can give customers an answer.
