Market conditions in recent years have sparked a surge of interest in private markets. But what’s driving this appetite, and how can a wider range of private wealth and other investors tap into the potential? Michael Hutten, Partner and Head of Pantheon’s US Private Wealth division, and Victor Mayer, Managing Director, recently shared their perspectives on how innovation is driving demand for private markets in an exclusive keynote interview with Private Equity International. Among other things, Michael and Victor discussed why evolution in product offerings is one of the fundamental drivers of increased private wealth appetite for private markets, with more products offering lower investment minimums, mitigating the J-curve and providing periodic liquidity.
