Property Values in Texas are all over the place this year! Though on average Travis County says values are down looking at my Preliminary Notice of Appraisal it sure doesn't reflect it. Needless to say I am protesting! Regardless if it went up or down everyone needs to protest. It is the only way to know if you have a FAIR Market Value. Values fluctuate. We need a state-wide hard-cap on RATES. This game has become ridiculous and unsustainable.
