Interesting consortium project. I wasn't aware of the Aura Blockchain Consortium which is launched by half a dozen luxury brands like LVMH, Cartier and the likes.

As social responsibility among suppliers and manufacturers diminishes, there is a growing need for tools that verify authenticity, ensure quality, and track the lifespan of products. Digital product passports, along with automated systems for objective control in production and logistics, can effectively address these challenges.

Lots of established players like EPAM Systems are also building on this tech for major players: I wouldn’t risk a prestige brand with the newcos.
