100% agree with with the need to incorporate more greenery into underutilised urban zones, making them more sustainable, resilient and healthy! We need "living streets". According to a recent study, increasing the level of the level of tree cover from the European average of 14.9% to 30% can lower the temperature in cities by 0.4C, which could reduce heat-related deaths by a whopping 39.5%.

As we address the housing crisis, the key to adding density is to not sacrific green space, but to incorporate it! Creating great places means designing great spaces that people want to come and be.
