Proud to be an ActiveScore and ModeScore Ambassador. I've been working with the ActiveScore team for the last 2 years to help introduce the green building certification to the North American market. Recently, ModeScore was launched in the US, focusing on sustainable transportation beyond active travel. Here's why I believe these certifications matter: 1. Sustainability & ESG goals are more achievable with the alignments that ActiveScore & ModeScore has with other prominent green building certifications. 2. A property location and how people travel to and from it, matter more from a sustainability perspective than the weight it's given in current green building rating systems. ActiveScore & ModeScore helps move the needle on this. 3.
