Our research shows that ending Section 21 'no fault' evictions may help to address feelings of insecurity, but half of private renters still don’t know where to turn if something goes wrong with their landlord or agent. Without clear information and support, renters may struggle to benefit from new rights. #MarchMadness #Charity Challenge Realize it's a bit early but I am excited to present this opportunity to all mutual follows: Your team(s) versus mine for a 20 USD "bet" with loser donating to winner's designated charity (low overhead animal shelters/rescues, disadvantaged youth, mentally challenged children/adults, abused women's shelters, many out there). This goes for Men's NCAA and/or Women's NCAA games. Am even offering you all a magnanimous point spread that goes as follows: I give you 2 points for every differential in seed if my team is seeded higher (eg. my team a four, your team a thirteen, you get 18 pts from me). If yours is seeded higher say a 6 and mine is an eleven, I only get 5 pts. My teams are as follow: Creighton Iowa Northwestern U of Penn Troy University USC Utah Washington The 20 USD limit is low solely to be in 100% compliance with the needs to be inflation revised "donut rule" which some federal, state, county, and/or municipal government agency employees choose to follow despite that rule being bovine excrement. Many of you may not have heard of the app Be My Eyes, I have this on my phone and it is to provide visual assistance when needed. If a blind or low-vision Be My Eyes user needs your help, you will receive a notification on your phone. If you’re the first volunteer to answer the request, you will be connected with that user. A one-way video connection will be established between the two of you, meaning you can see where or what the blind or low vision user points their camera at and guide them if necessary. Be My Eyes have a substantial amount of volunteers who are eager to help, so please be aware that you may not be the first to answer, and you may not receive calls daily or weekly. You will only receive calls in the daytime hours of your local timezone between 8am and 9pm. Please do not worry if you are busy when receiving a call - another volunteer will pick up the call. Secondly, you do not need to have the app open to receive calls. Calls will come through as long as you are logged in to your Be My Eyes account. Blind and low-vision users may need help with anything from determining expiration dates to finding dropped items to navigating unfamiliar places and much more.
