Full E2E execution from proposal/development to implementation including creation of supporting documentation and communication plan.Partner with management to promote & engage in well-being & diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and more importantly make sure the right hires are made, people with serious Passion and Energy.Partner with management to create a learning and development strategy focused on continued learning in particular for the Leadership team so this can filter down.Manage and resolve all employee relation cases E2E.Utilise data & insights to create solid business cases to drive change and support business decisions.Broad generalist understanding and exposure to the following:Managing annual salary reviews, actioning employee survey results, creating and delivering workshops, performance management, career ladders/job levelling, succession planning and financial resource forecasting/management as well as change management.Transformational HR Partnering and Brand Experience Strategy and ImplementationTransformational Talent and Triber Experience Strategy and ImplementationTransformational Automation and Compliance Strategy and ImplementationTransformational Performance and Analytics Strategy and ImplementationTransformational Cost Efficiency Strategy and ImplementationAttributes:Business savvy and analytical.Can manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication with first class relationship building sk
