Last week, JPMorganChase hosted Women 360 Degrees: Celebrating 360 Degrees of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Community at the Downtown Escondido branch, bringing together an extraordinary group of entrepreneurs, leaders, and community partners. A heartfelt thank you to Escondido Downtown Manager, VP Sameena Mohsini for the warm hospitality and to your incredible team for making this event such a success. This powerful gathering was made possible through the collaboration of MANA de North County San Diego Dulce Miranda Cardoso Corie De Anda, M.S. Norma Gonzalez Jasso Claribel Zorrilla Maguely Hernandez, My San Diego David Zumaya, M.S., the Latino Business Coalition, and the Escondido Chamber of Commerce Tri Luu Yessenia Mendoza Marylin Muro, all working together to uplift and empower our local business community. Keynote speaker Yessenia Mendoza delivered an inspiring talk about her Women 360° journey, highlighting the power of entrepreneurship, family legacy, and community impact. The event’s dynamic Women 360° panel featured incredible femalepreneurs and leaders Rana Dagher PharmD, Amanda Cheyney, Laura Talamantes, Dawn Wood, Dulce Miranda Cardoso, and Maribel Hernandez, who each shared their unique experiences, challenges, and journeys, demonstrating what it truly means to lead with passion, resilience, and vision. A big shoutout to Marylin Muro for her great work as co-moderator of the panel—thank you for your energy and contributions to making the discussion so engaging and impactful! A huge thank you to Rene Contreras -Bluelite Bonfires for the delicious s’mores and Brenda Barajas with Feast on This Culinary & Event Production for the beautifully crafted charcuterie. The energy in the room was electrifying, filled with connection, inspiration, and the unstoppable spirit of entrepreneurship. Escondido’s business community is thriving, and we are beyond grateful for the open arms that welcomed Coaching for Impact. Our mission is to provide one-on-one coaching to entrepreneurs in multiple areas, ensuring they have the tools, strategies, and support needed to scale up and thrive. A special recognition goes to our phenomenal Community Manager and VP, Betty Lou Santiago, whose dedication, leadership, and partnership were instrumental in bringing together 100 attendees for a night of learning, collaboration, and celebration. Betty, your passion for community building is truly inspiring, and we are so grateful for your commitment to making this event a success.
