Let's start off with can you share the journey that led you to start this nonprofit and the motivations behind your work? Sure. So I started my career in the climate space working as a consultant, mostly focused on how do we transform the energy ecosystem to become more sustainable. And I worked a lot with large corporates, with international agencies during this time. But I really realized that we were missing a part of the climate equation in those spaces, which is the grassroots work. On the ground, that's being done internationally to further the energy transition. So that led me to create The Green Journey with my cofounder Thomas Polo. Our mission is to discover and elevate stories of climate action from around the world that don't come into normal conversation.
