One of the ways Freestar does this is by encouraging peer recognition for a job well done. Publicly acknowledging colleagues—whether it’s giving them a shoutout in the recognition channel on Slack or nominating them for a Taking Care of Business (TCB) award—goes a long way in maintaining the positive and collaborative culture we’ve cultivated at Freestar. A little dorky, yes. It might not seem like much, but I know the journey it represents, full of ups, downs, curves, and detours ???. The secret to staying motivated is simple: find something to celebrate EVERY DAY, even if it's just making it through and living to fight another day ??. When the going gets tough, take a moment to list all you've accomplished and how far you've come ??. Or, create a sign that reminds you: YOU ARE AMAZING! ??
