Open Vacancy ?? Position: Production Technician Company: CJ Bio Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Location: Kerteh, Kemaman, Terengganu. Working hours: Office hour & Shift No. of vacant: 2 Vacant Job Description: ? To know in detail regarding -Broth -Valve -Sensor -Contamination Occurs ? To understand about process of broth out, Dilution Caustic Soda(DCS). Cleaning in Place (CIP), Calibrate pH/NIR Sensor, Filter Sterilization and Blank Sterilization ? To ensure all tank in blank for sterilization process ? To check the temperature, pH, pressure at Main tank follow as per order by Management ? To transfer Broth Out (BO) to refinery department ? To communicate with Culture Technician in order to confirm broth can be transfer or not to refinery ? To transfer broth between range six batch per day, every four hours as per management decide ? To take a broth sample and submit to QC department ? To alert if there a contamination occurs while looking at a broth sample ? To get a sample from culture Technician ? To check a result from QC department within five hours ? To communicate with refinery technician before transfer a broth in order for earlier notification ? To record the result via OAHS Broth Handover Report once complete a transfer ? To alert which main tank will be transfer first once get confirmation with culture technician ? To do a “Cleaning in Place”/CIP at tank once finish transfer to refinery ? To used proper chemical for cleaning inside the main tank which is used for cleaning activity ? To ensure proper cleaning activities for avoid contamination occur in next process ? Once CIP take place, prepare an another cleaning activity by using a process water ? To now in detail the process of calibrate pH, Sensor and buffer ? To install pH at every tank for every batch used ? To do an inspection at Osh, Enzyme tank ? To prepare a sterilization process via steam transfer from Utility department ? To handle a sterilization process via program semi-auto ? To check a valve in main process area ? To assist if trouble occur at process area ? To monitor PLC for each process ? To take a sample and test for pH and OD (Optical Density) to check either there have a slack or not ? To change / troubleshoot if equipment is not functioning well ? To laisse with Shift Leader, Engineer for 5s activities ? To support all activity by team members in order to ensure information been deliver to all team members at department area ? To prepare repot for every process by daily, weekly and monthly basis Qualification and Education Requirements: Educational: - Minimum requirement Diploma holder from any field of studies Experience: - Fresh graduate or with one or two years working experience welcome to apply.
