During this time, I’ve had the chance to: ? -Use Power BI for Problem-Solving: Applied data analysis to tackle supply chain challenges, which has significantly improved our decision-making processes. ? -Production Planning: Planned production schedules for all SKUs, aligning with incoming supply to prevent stockouts and ensure consistent availability. ? -NPD Planning: Managed the production planning for new product launches, including PET and Disney Princess, coordinating timelines to meet launch deadlines efficiently. ? -Manage Priority Orders: Developed approaches to prioritize and manage orders, making sure we met critical deadlines while maintaining high quality. ? -Plan Inventory for Major Retailers: Strategically planned inventory based on operational needs and incoming orders via EDI from major retailers like Amazon, Target, Sephora, ULTA, Costco, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS and many more. ? Key Takeaways: - Data is crucial for solving complex issues in the supply chain. - Effective collaboration is key to managing international orders and ensuring timely delivery. - Balancing multiple priorities and handling demanding production schedules has been invaluable in honing my skills. ? These experiences have deepened my passion for supply chain management. I’m thankful for the lessons learned and the support from my fantastic team. Vice President of Sales 4x Sales Leader ? I help companies scaleup their sales by utilizing proven innovative processes to become unbeatable forces in their respective marketplaces.
What's one thing most successful ecom brands that are in their scaleup phase have in common? A former operations or logistics person handles the supply chain decisions. Scaling brands are investing millions into their shipping, labor and storing of products. Imagine hiring a marketing person who used to work exclusively in public relations. They will have way too many blind spots unless you have time to allow them to learn and grow. My advice: Go get someone who has worked at a successful 3PL or a high-output warehouse. If you plan on bringing on a consultant, keep them on! It will be worth its weight in gold. #3pls #ecom #founders #brands #supplychain #richhitsgoals
