Our leadership had the foresight to invest in a data strategy and analytics role and invest in a data warehouse three years in advance of launch. So having that three-year runway allowed us to map out all the business questions we saw that our stakeholders needed, but also the insights that we would need at launch and then two to three years post-launch. So we could then map the systems and the data and sequence them out appropriately. When we are evaluating vendors for our data infrastructure, our data warehouse, there were four key components that we took into consideration. First was the technology stack. Second was how it fit into our IT infrastructure and that long-term vision. Thirdly was visibility ownership. Didn't want a gray box, wanted to be owning stuff in the future. And lastly was the operating model, software as a service as well as an add-on of managed services that can operate the day to day. So we've built out a fully integrated Veeva solution. We leverage Veeva Nitro as our foundation. We use Network as our MDM, OpenData as our reference and affiliations dataset, Align for our alignment of all of our HCPs, HCOs for our reps, as well as Veeva MyInsights. So for launch, we took a data first approach, ultimately knowing that understanding our customers was imperative to our launch strategy. And so we first actually purchased a claims data set and did analyses on that with an output of very robust HCP and HCO data sets. Unfortunately, those were all in Excel and with way too many records that it wasn't easy to analyze. And that's where Nitro came into play. We leveraged Nitro. We loaded those tables into Nitro very quickly and allowed me to to perform really quick ad hoc analyses and answer our leadership's follow-up questions to help build our commercial strategy. Having this foundational data infrastructure has allowed us to really perform robust performance metrics. We have weekly performance review meetings, and Nitro is that foundational analytical layer that allows us to rapidly pull a lot of these insights and present to our leadership.
