Congratulations as well to associate?Paige F., who was selected as a 2024 VA Super Lawyer Rising Star. https://lnkd.in/eigyuzdx No more than five percent of the lawyers in any state are named to Super Lawyers.?The selections are made by the research team at?Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, with a rating service for lawyers from more than 70 practice areas. Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a?rigorous, patented multiphase selection process. Candidates are nominated by their peers as self-nomination is prohibited and evaluations are combined with independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on a patended process of 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
