Today I am super grateful for 4 years with Conquest Solutions, LLC. It's been an exciting journey, and I am eternally grateful that Ian Mulira took the chance on me. As I reflect on the last 4 years here are a few thoughts that I live by. I pray these will resonate with others who are working in or growing a small business: 1.??Growing a small business requires teamwork and a commitment to excellence. Make this the culture of your company. 2.??Employ competent people and empower them to lead. 3.??Never be afraid to receive feedback.
