Today I am super grateful for 4 years with Conquest Solutions, LLC. It's been an exciting journey, and I am eternally grateful that Ian Mulira took the chance on me. As I reflect on the last 4 years here are a few thoughts that I live by. I pray these will resonate with others who are working in or growing a small business: 1.??Growing a small business requires teamwork and a commitment to excellence. Make this the culture of your company. 2.??Employ competent people and empower them to lead. 3.??Never be afraid to receive feedback. Assess, learn, and grow from it. 4.??Making a mistake is par for the course. Learn from it and move forward never to repeat. 5.??The journey to success is never easy. Remain committed to the process and you will achieve it. 6.??Keep a cheerful outlook under pressure.
