I am literally sick ?? to my stomach if these post offering International certifcation as a Master Trainer: I would advise any applicant to do through "Google and Linkedin search" on the organization, years of experience training, and contact the International authorizing body As I have found several on this page that are misadvertising "Master Trainer" as its a buzz word. But any credible Corporate will do thorough research on the certifying Trainer and their qualifications. Don't be a victim, use your head and remeber you usually get what you pay for. So if your paying under 1 lac for a true Master Trainer organization your most likely being scammed. Use Linkedin like at the training profiles of the Trainer offering the certifcation and their qualifications, I am speaking facts here as the pseudo-International accreditation bodies with less than 5-20 years are going to set you upnfor failure as your going to want to go aboard. The HR will check ?? the validity of the certification body and you'll be rejected and have made a needless investment by a dishonorable training institution. This is REAL, as sadly we have had applicants come to our organization (which will remain nameless,because this is not a promo) and tell us sad stories of how the Trainer sold them and when they applied for jobs aboard were rejected and some of clients had paid literally 3 lakhs. Do your research, it's the lack of honesty on the organization that's bringing the Training industry down. And for those reading this message just out to make a quick profit. Speak the truth in your offerings.Be sincere in your advertisement we are dealing with people who want to actually better themselves and your simply lying ?? and selling them a dream. And it will cost you in the long run.As they will speak to others regarding your merits. Be truthful and honest the long term profit is more valuable than the short term monetary gain.

With so many sales and customer service trainers out there all covering similar topics, it’s easy to get caught up in comparisons. But I've learned to embrace what makes me unique, and apparently, I’m told I am different! I want to share five reasons why I no longer measure myself against others in this field: 1. ???? ???????????? ??????????????. Every trainer brings their own vibe and experience to the table. I’ve carved out my niches, and I love it! Instead of focusing on what everyone else is doing, I spotlight my unique value proposition. My background in particular niches means clients often say "yes" more quickly, and my authentic approach strikes a chord with learners. 2. ???????????????????? ???????????? ????????????????????. I genuinely believe that when I trust in my skills, it creates a welcoming environment for my learners. They feel valued and understood, rather than compared to one another. Sharing my own stories boosts my credibility and builds trust. Plus, it’s fantastic to see familiar faces returning! That said, I’ve also seen trainers who come off as over confident, bordering on arrogant, so it’s important to check in with yourself to make sure you’re projecting the right kind of confidence. 3. ???????????? ???????? ????????????????????. Comparing myself to others often leads to a fixed mindset, hence why I no longer do it. Instead, I give self development priority and constantly seek new skills that keep my training fresh and engaging. I'm a lifelong learner, and that curiosity keeps me excited about what I can offer and how I can support others. 4. ???????????????? ?????? ????????????. The constant pressure to compete can be a real drain. When I stop comparing myself to others, I create a space for creativity and innovation in my training. It not only benefits me but also enhances the experience for everyone involved. 5. ?????????????????????? ????????????????????. When I focus on my own journey and stay in my own lane, I can help my learners shine. I love getting to know their unique strengths and celebrating those moments in training. Everyone has something special to offer, and my extensive experience allows me to connect with people from all walks of life. I like being told I’m different because of this. ??? Let’s remember to stay away from comparing ourselves and focus on our unique strengths. I’m fortunate to have many friends in the training world, even those who cover similar subjects.
