I think by now most consumers know “fresh” can me a few things. In this case this is FRESH fish. I think we need another designation for fish of this freshness. Not that there is anything wrong with frozen fish I just think there would be a little more of a premium if I knew that it was in the water, into a hard working fishermen’s boat, then into your cold chain and then into my mouth. Appreciate your quality and your first class operations. Nice work !
