Each quarter, we gather the Luminoah family for a planning retreat to celebrate our milestones and plan for the future. Last week, our #Lumineers had much to celebrate! Our retreat included an escape room challenge, pickleball matches, and various games that brought us closer together. One of the highlights was discovering the musical talents of two team members who sing and play guitar, turning our evening into an impromptu concert. The night culminated in a memorable sing-along to Taylor Swift’s “Love Story”. At Luminoah, we believe in fostering a culture where every team member feels like family.
