Waabi is using GenerativeAI to predict traffic. Waabi is a self-driving start up who have a new system called Copilot4D. This system is trained on troves of data from LIDAR sensors which use light to sense how far away objects are. So, if you prompt Copilot4D with a situation, like a driver merging onto the motorway recklessly at high speeds, it will predict how the surrounding vehicles will move, and then generate LIDAR representation of 5-10 seconds into the future ??.
